Tip 1: Drink water! Water is vital for your brain to function and absorb all that new information.
Tip 2: Keep some healthy brain fuel like walnuts at hand to snack on.
Tip 3: Take frequent breaks to stand up, stretch and walk around - avoid sitting for long periods of time.
Tip 4: Lean forward. Sounds silly, but posture is everything! If you actively sit forward and upright in your seat, you’ll listen more intently on what’s being said as opposed to sitting back and relaxing.
Tip 5: Make sure you get your workout done first thing in the morning. You’ll feel energized and more focused.
